4WEB Medical’s truss implant technology leverages multidisciplinary engineering principles such as truss design, load transfer and adjacent material reaction to produce orthopedic implants and provide structural support with open space throughout the implant for bone growth and fusion.

4WEB truss implant technology can be used as a broad platform to develop an array of products across the entire orthopedic arena. The designs can be applied to orthopedic indications requiring structural support and osseous incorporation. The 4WEB product portfolio offers comprehensive surgical solutions to neurosurgeons, orthopedic spine surgeons, and foot and ankle surgeons.

4WEB E.U. is industry partner of PRosPERoS (PRinting PERsonalized orthopaedic implantS) which aims at developing biologically active implants that can be adapted to the needs of each individual patient. PRosPERoS has obtained funding from the European investment fund Interreg V Flanders – The Netherlands, the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Provinces of Limburg (NL) and Flemish-Brabant (B).”
