How to reach Brightlands Chemelot Campus
By car: On the A2 motorway, take exit 48, signposted to Urmond/Stein/Sittard. From Maastricht turn right at the end of the exit onto the N294 towards Geleen/Sittard. Take the first exit right and follow the signs to Gate 2. From Eindhoven turn left at the end of the exit onto the N294 towards Geleen/Sittard. Take the first exit right and follow the signs to Gate 2.
By train: The nearest railway station is Sittard (6 km, 15 min by car). Taxi fare from Sittard railway station to Brightlands Chemelot Campus is about € 15-20.
By bus: Brightlands Chemelot Campus has a bus stop (Bus stop: Chemelot Campus, Urmond). Plan your visit via www.9292.nl
From the bus stop you can access the Campus through the turnstile.
Safety and security at Chemelot Campus
Chemelot Campus is part of the Chemelot site, a location with chemical plants that handle hazardous chemicals. Because of the risk of related incidents, visitors must know what to do in case of emergency. For that purpose a basic instruction was set up, to be followed before the visit. This instruction is about what to do in case of a siren alarm.

Brightlands Chemelot Campus is not an ordinary industrial site. In its vicinity are chemical plants where dangerous goods are handled. In case of a siren alarm, go to the main hall and follow the instructions of the organization. The public area in Center Court is an emergency room.
