Brightlands Vitality Program
We all know the benefits of practicing sports. Physical exercise is good for your mind, body and spirit. But there is more. For example team sports are good for learning accountability, dedication, and leadership, among many other traits. Putting it all together practicing a sport is a winning combination.
At Brightlands Chemelot Campus we offer residents the Brightlands Vitality Program for free. This program comprises the following activities.
- Total Body Training
- Running Training
- Core Stability Office Training
- Tai Chi
Additionally, physiotherapy is available.
The venue for the Brightlands Vitality Program is the Center Court sports hall.
