Multipurpose manufacturing facility for Regenerative medicine

The first step in Brightlands' planned Regeneration Street #1 is a fully equipped and serviced building that offers 2,400 square meters of general floor space and 750 square meters of clean room facilities. The facility's innovative architecture supports set-up and scalability and is open to ATMP manufacturing companies, research institutes, and startups in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. Regeneration Street will eventually cover some 50,000 square meters. Lonza Netherlands will act as a contract manufacturing company. Contact us for more information.

3D Printing Materials Center

This center for the development of 3D printing materials has been developed to assist companies that have questions about the application of different materials for 3D printing.

Pilot plant and mini plant facilities

Currently under development, the pilot plant and mini-plant will provide a crucial service to SMEs and large businesses by providing an R&D infrastructure to test and upscale new processes for potential applications and commercial perspectives. Foreseeable uses include the upscaling of bio-based and other processes as well as producing small quantities of biomedical and other materials for use in the pre-marketing phase and clinical tests. The pilot and mini-plants will be available to tenants and non-tenants.
